UHMW HDPE Extrusion

Could you provide extrusion parameters for profile extrusion on high molecular weight HDPE?

Hi Chris.

Do you mean Ultra High Molecular Weight PE? If yes, as far as I know, it cannot be melt processable.

hello Cris

You can extrusion the UHMWHDPE, even theorical say that it can't be melt.

However with some amount of additive. (which won't affect the properties)

Using special designed screw and barrel. Yes, You can.
