TPE-V for glass run channel.

redzuan I am currently developing glass run channel for our new model. I use to design using Rubber material (EPDM). is there any adjustment i need to do on my design (profile, hardness etc) if i were to use TPV

It depends on your target properties / performance. Stiffness may be more important than hardness, and this is likely to differ between the two materials - particualarly over the operating temperature range. Look closely at the properties datasheets for the two materials in this area - you may need to do some additional work such as DMA to characterise this.
