Recycling PET bottles

Looking for help in finding a Company to make a prototype for a unique product made with recycled PET bottles. We would then like, perhaps this same Company, to develop and manufacture this product. Oh and can anyone explain the major benefits of using a product made with recycled PET plastic versus the benefits of the product made in recycled steel?
