Please advice me if any problem may happen when we use Universal masterbatch for Nylon material. Since the part which is producing with the above combination is tighten with screw which may have stress after assembly.

I wouldn't expect universal materbatch to have any significant effect on torque or pull out strength or to promote stress cracking.
