Looking for a outlet for granulated cable insulation

Can anyone help? I am producing granules of cable insulation and require a outlet other than lanfill for it.

Dear Simon,
You mean you are producing from cable cover(pvc soft)
pls provide more info,if it is pvc soft (black or red)
but free from alkatine We may have a regular buying contract
