Could you recommend a plastic suitable for pressing out from sheet into 36mm discs. A 1mm thickness, with black polished finish it needs to be fairly rigid and scratch resistant.many thanks

PMMA(acrylic), SAN or polycarbonate would work providing the sheet was full support whilst the discs were pressed out. If it is not there is a risk of cracking particularly with PMMA or SAN. Also be aware that no plastic is very scrtach resistant but these three are beeter than most.
