can you reccomend a plastic that is hard wearing resistant to impacts and most important very slippery ABS not good enough

Difficult to give a precise answer without knowing more about the application requirements, but I would suggest you consider POM (Polyoxymethylene)commonly known as Acetal, Nylon 6, Nylon 66, PTFE and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. Please nte the last two are not injection mouldable but can be formed and extruded.
