Alternative Methods Of Laminating Polyurethane Sponge To Scourer Scrim

Name:
David Smith

At Minky we manufacture household products including sponge scourers. These are cut from laminated foam.
The polyurethane foam slabs are 2mtrs square, up to 40mm thick and PUR adhesive-laminated to scourer scrim sheets up to 7mm thick. (The scrim is made from polyester and nylon).
Please can you suggest alternative methods of lamination apart from the use of adhesives?
