Adhesion on metallised OPP films

We supply inks and coating for the packaging industry. When a metallised OPP is going to be printed we suggest to use primers before printing inks.
There is one specific case where using a Polyethylenimine primer (not very popular yet) immediate adhesion is perfect, but it is lost after few days. Usually those OPP recieve a corona treatment in-line with the printing process.

Do you have any chemical or physical explanation for that phenomena ??

Looking for numerical data on annual volumes of PP, PC and PMMA in the UK

I am doing some market research on the plastics sector in the UK and am looking for the following data:

- Annual volume of plastic wall coverings (PP and PC) used in the care sector
- Annual volume of plastic sheets/boards (PC and PMMA) used in skylights
- Annual volume of plastic boards (PC and PMMA) used in sound barriers (e.g. on motorways)

Does anyone happen to have this very detailed information or, alternatively, could anyone indicate me where I can find these data? I understand the questions are very detailed, so also more general data on the use of these three plastics (preferably in the above mentioned sectors) would be most welcome.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!
