How to find a specialised sales representative in UK ?
Coming from FRance, I need to find a specialised sales representative for extrusion machinery here in the UK.
The BPF Internet sitegive a veru comprehensive view of the UK manufacturer which is greta but I need a middleman able to provide equipment, machinery and material.
Do you know if there is a list or another association exisiting?

I am looking for a UK manufacturer and protyping of a plastic `overshoe' type product, that is made in two parts - injection and blow moulding - and requires assembly. Materials to be degradeable. Any ideas welcome!
Shredders and Ancillary Equipment
Does anyone know of any companies that have shredders and ancillay equipment for immediate sale? We are establishing a plastic reclamation facility and have new equipment on order but we have also secured contracts for immediate supply therefore we are looking for shredders and ancillary equipment that will process up to a minimum 1000kg per hour to allow us to fulfill these immediate requirements/

Carbon based flat sheet electrodes
For a new electrical application, we have developed a carbon black and PTFE based eletrode and are now looking for the best processing equipment for larger scale production.
In the lab the process steps are:
creating the carbon/PTFE mixture as a powder (no help needed here), pressing the powder into thin sheets, heating between 300 and 400C and then compacting the sheet under pressure.
The target end-product is a sheet, as thin as possible.
Any guidance with regards to type of process/equipment needed, suppliers and service providers especially in the South East of the UK would be very much appreciated.
Health and Safety Issues
Can you direct me to a good source of information for dealing with the health and safety issues with regard to blow moulding and processing of products. ie guarding of machines etc?
Blown Film Tubing
My question relates to a potential requirement for the rehabilitation of existing underground infrastructure pipework.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create a process where two blown film tubes of virtually the same diameter,can be manufactured one inside the other.
Secondly, is there a process where longitudinal welds can create septations throughout the length of the extrusion to form a finished entity which resembles a lilo like tube?

Methods for measuring extruded plastic sheet thickness online
We are seeking a method to measure the thickness on a continuous basis of extruded plastic sheet in PS black. Sheet is 0.2 to 2.0 mm thick - 950 mm wide.
Need to be certain that the sheet is even across the width and remains within specified thickness.
