Material selection and bonding

We are looking for alternate material to be used as infill strips to fill 8-16mm gaps on GRP passenger seat-backs

Chloroprene was'nt much of a success as it proved too soft, thus vulnerable to vandalism!

Our suppliers suggested flexible PVC or fire retardent ABS to be bonded using a suitable adhesive

The strips need to be flexible due to sharp bends on GRP seats

Flexible PVC is LIKELY not to pass fire performance certificate!

Where can we have more or similar info on this scenario
