Carbon based flat sheet electrodes
For a new electrical application, we have developed a carbon black and PTFE based eletrode and are now looking for the best processing equipment for larger scale production.
In the lab the process steps are:
creating the carbon/PTFE mixture as a powder (no help needed here), pressing the powder into thin sheets, heating between 300 and 400C and then compacting the sheet under pressure.
The target end-product is a sheet, as thin as possible.
Any guidance with regards to type of process/equipment needed, suppliers and service providers especially in the South East of the UK would be very much appreciated.

SILVER FINISH EGGCRATE DIFFUSER
We used to obtain panels of silver eggcrate diffuser (1200 x 600) from a company Display Developments. Unfortunately these have stopped trading and we are looking for a new supplier. We have had no success on the internet and were hoping you may be able to assist us.

Thank you
PVC cable insulation
Good morning?
I am trying to find out the heat degradation temperatures of PVC used for low voltage (240 volt UK) cable insulation and the chemical process that occures during heating.
I am a fire investigator and i'm trying to find out at what temp/point/time line, sufficient current will flow between line and earth tp trip a circuit breaker and a residual current device, as a result of heating pvc insulation?
Could you help?
Kind regards
Rick
XLPE Compound
we are looking for all weather & uv protected XLPE compound suppliers?
PVC class 1 v nylon6
We have an application where thin sheathed cable 0.6mmsq during installation is fed through a plastic cable ring manufactured for PVC class 1. We are finding that when the cable is pulled through the ring, 'friction' grooves are being cut in the cable ring. Would rings produced from nylon 6 be less susceptable to this effect or would there be no/minimal difference?
Euromap 11 Ejector coupling signals
We're making ejector couplings to the Euromap 11 spec.
BUT
All Euromap 11 says is that the ejector coupling needs to signal coupled or uncoupled, very useful. What sort of signal on what sort of connector. I can't find any Euromap info that lists where the signal is supposed to go.
Help
