Has anyone used 3 Station Gravimetric Blenders succesfully. The 3 Stations are : Virgin PP.Masterbatch .Regrind PP. Our problems are with Static in the MB and also the Regrind which prevents the sensers 'seeing' the correct level in the mixing chamber and stock hoppers + material also stays on the weigh-pan ( through static etc. )subsequently causing non closure. If possible....how did you overcome these problems. Thanks
