I need a thermoplastic which can be cast, i.e. have a low melt viscosity. I want to process the thermoplastic at as low a temperature as possible so a low melt viscosity would be appreciated.
I want to pour the plastic into a mold, to encapsulate a metal component.
The metal component is then manipulated, the plastic protects the parts.
After processing I want to remove the plastic, by melting I guess. Residues could be removed by solvent if necessary.
I would like to reuse the plastic as many times as possible.
