I am looking for sheet glow plastic that I can cut 8.5" circles with a 3" hole in the center. These will be used to fit over a hose port on a fire engine to identify hose lines for the rescue teams. It would be desirable to have them already formed and lettered with a large "RIC" in two places and a split from the center to the outside so that they can be twisted and fitted over the hose.
