Hi,
I was wondering if there is an effective plastic packaging solution for sparkling wines and champagnes?
Due to licensing laws we are unable to serve these to customers...a plastic alternative would be ideal! Does the technology yet exist in plastics that are strong enough to withstand the pressure and eliminate the oxygen leakage...which I think has been the main root of the problem so far?
Any info would be much appreciated.
